We allow Farmstand Nook returns within 90 days of the delivery date. In order to complete your return, you must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Lettuce Grow. You must return the Farmstand Nook within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns will be subject to a $30 shipping fee, provided the Farmstand Nook is returned in its original packaging, with all of its original parts, in undamaged condition. In the event your pre-paid label is used on any packaging other than the original Farmstand Nook box, the shipping cost by the carrier will be deducted from the refund (ranges from $30 to $80). Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Farmstand Nook has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.
If any part is missing or returned in damaged condition, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Lettuce Grow reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Lettuce Grow’s sole discretion. The refund will only be applied to the original payment method.
Using the Farmstand Nook outdoors where it will be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, and other environmental elements will void the warranty as it is intended to only be used in an enclosed indoor space.

FARMSTAND

Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Farmstand has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

You must return the Glow Rings® within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns will be subject to a $25 shipping fee, provided the Glow Rings® are returned in its original packaging, with all of its original parts, in undamaged condition. In the event your pre-paid label is used on any packaging other than the original Glow Rings® box, the shipping cost by the carrier will be deducted from the refund (ranges from $30 to $80). Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Glow Rings® have been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

You must return the Extension Kit within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns will be subject to a $15 shipping fee for Single Extension Kits and an $18 shipping fee for Double Extension Kits, provided the Extension Kit is returned in its original packaging, with all of its original parts, in undamaged condition. In the event your pre-paid label is used on any packaging other than the original Extension Kit box, the shipping cost by the carrier will be deducted from the refund (ranges from $20 to $60). Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Extension Kit has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

DOLLY
We allow Dolly returns within 90 days of the delivery date. In order to complete your return, you must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Lettuce Grow. You must return the Dolly within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns are not accepted after 90 days of the delivery date. Any refunds will be processed once the Dolly has been received and checked-in by our warehouse.

SEEDLINGS
Seedlings, being a living product, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or coverage under our warranty policy. To protect your seedlings from potential heat damage, theft, loss, or mishandling during the summer, we recommend purchasing Route Protection at checkout. All other supplies not listed in our return policy are not returnable and non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS | GROW PACKS
Gift Cards and Grow Packs are not returnable and non-refundable. Grow Packs are only transferable if completely unused. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. Contact us if you have questions.
